Globe House, Chapel Hill, Sligo
Globe House, located in the heart of Sligo town, opened for business in 2004. The centre provides 'home from home' accommodation for up to 250 people from across the world.
At Globe House, we have a team of 30 dedicated staff employed in the areas of:
- Management
- Reception/Administration
- Catering
- Housekeeping
- Caretaking
- and Maintenance
Globe House was the first of our accommodation centres to receive Q-Mark accreditation in 2006. The awarding of the Q-Mark was the culmination of a collaborative team based approach by all of our staff at the centre.
At Globe House we provide a range of facilities on site including:
- HSE Offices (Community Welfare Officer, Doctor, Public Health Nurse, and Family Support Worker),
- a preschool facility operated by Sligo County Childcare Committee,
- Internet Room
- Games Room
- Meeting Rooms
- Class Rooms
- and Playground
